1-Star Level
The cadet is to be made aware of responsibilities as a citizen and be encouraged to participate fully in the life of the detachment and the local community. |
2-Star Level
Cadets are taught about the Public Statutory Services which support the community. |
3-Star Level
Cadets must take an active part in a community activity, either as an individual or as a member of a group project. |
4-Star Level
Cadets must either assist in the planning, organisation and leading of a community project, or as an individual carry out a study of the social welfare needs in the community. This includes a lecture to the detachment on the project or study, based on a written report submitted to the Cadet Commandant. |
