Cadet Force Music Camp

Wiltshire Army Cadets Bugles and Drums took part at the Cadet Force Music Camp at Cinderford over the Easter Holiday.   They equipped themselves very well and worked very hard over the week.   Wiltshire took a clean sweep of the bugle awards with Cadet Josie Lawrence being awarded most improved Bugler, Cadet Amy McColgan being awarded best 3-Star Bugler, and Cadet Lance-Corporal Faye Daffurn being awarded best overall Bugler.   Cadet Lance-Corporal Maks Dolejsz also received an award for most perseverance.   A number of music star passes were gained on drum and bugle including Cadet Corporal Joe Young and Cadet Lance-Corporal Faye Daffurn completing their 4-Star music in bugling.

From this week a number of cadets have been selected to play at the Cadet 150 Royal Review in London.   These are Cadet Corporal Joe Young, Cadet Lance-Corporal Faye Daffurn, Cadet Lance-Corporal Artur Jamroz, Cadet Connor Harford, Cadet Josie Lawrence and Cadet Amy McColgan.   These cadets have also been selected to play in the Malta Military Tattoo with the Cadet Band and Bugles of The Rifles.
