B (Anzio) Company Ex Moorland Venture Sat/Sun 25/26 Apr 09 Forty six cadets from B (Anzio) Company enjoyed a challenging weekend of activities on Dartmoor over the weekend 24th – 26th April.   Activities included, moorland walking, leisure biking, map reading and first aid.   On Saturday evening cadets engaged in a team challenge to stretch their knowledge of the local area, popular culture, and general knowledge and command tasks.   Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, the planned rock climbing had to be cancelled, this however did not detract from the overall experience. For many cadets this was their first visit to Dartmoor and their first experience of adventure training with the ACF.   All taking part in the activities thoroughly enjoyed themselves, departing on Sunday afternoon very tired young people.
